Concord Afton-Sunset Rotary Dues Policy
To streamline our membership dues process and maintain the financial health of our club, we have implemented the following policy regarding club dues:
- Club dues will be sent out to club members within 10 days after the first day of the quarter.
- Each member has an additional 30 days after the 10-day invoice period to pay their dues.
- After 40 days, any outstanding balance will become past due.
- If the past-due balance is not paid within 20 days of the past-due notice, the Board will schedule a meeting with the club member to review their membership status.
Please note the following details regarding payment methods:
- Online payments through various platforms will include additional fees to accommodate processing fees for each platform, as laid out in the table below.
- Payments made by cash or check will not include any additional fees.
Note: This policy applies to all club members unless otherwise approved by the board for situations involving extenuating circumstances.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and cooperation in ensuring the smooth operation of our club’s financial processes.

Concord Afton-Sunset Rotary Club Committees
Rotary club committees are specialized groups dedicated to organizing and managing key aspects of the Club’s activities and goals. Our Club committees focus on community service, membership development, fundraising, public relations, youth programs, community service, and more. By dividing responsibilities among committees, we can efficiently plan and execute impactful projects while ensuring members contribute their skills and interests to specific areas.
Joining a committee allows you to actively shape our Club’s initiatives and make a difference in our community. It’s an opportunity to apply your talents, develop leadership skills, and build stronger connections with fellow Rotarians. Whether you’re passionate about organizing service projects, recruiting new members, or raising awareness about the Club’s activities, committee involvement ensures your contributions have a meaningful impact.
